These Regulations apply to the registration for and participation in any Tango
Nomads event.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes in the event program.
AUTHORIZATION TO REPRODUCE PHYSICAL LIKENESS
Participants grant Tango Nomads, their representatives, employees,
agents and collaborators such as photographers, videographers etc., the
irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce and
publish photographs or videos, including image and likeness of the
participants for editorial, advertising or any other events' marketing purpose
and in any manner and medium, to alter the same without restriction, and to
copyright the same.
The participant has the right to ask the organizer to remove photos or videos
with his image, and the organizer will respond to this request.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration for the event can only be made using the form on the website
www.tangonomads.com
After receiving the application form, an email reply will be generated
automatically (therefore please make sure that the address it is entered
correctly and is up-to-date). The reply is not equal to admission to the event,
but only information that the form has been completed correctly. Please
refrain from organizing travel and accommodation until you receive the final
confirmation of participation after making the payment.
The event is open, styled like a tango weekend, with a first come first serve
policy. Therefore the order in which you submit your application does matter. The event organizers do retain the ability to allocate rooms to event hotels
according to internal criteria.
The organizers will accept your application (or ask you to wait on the waiting
list) within 14 days of receiving the application.
Participants will receive an additional email with details of the registration fee
and payment method for the registration to be considered complete and
valid.
The participant will have 7 days to make the payment and forward a copy of
the payment receipt to tangonomads@gmail.com, after which the unpaid
application will be transferred to a person on the waiting list by the
organizers. The organizers retain the right not to send reminders for the
completion of payments due.
An automatic message about the payment being credited is the final
confirmation of participation in the event.
The organizers do not bear the costs of bank commissions, exchange fees, or
any other costs related to the execution of the transfer, therefore one is
informed that all charges connected with money transfer shall be borne by
the payer. If the amount received by the organizers is reduced due to the
additional charges incurred by a bank or another intermediary in making
payment, the organizers will contact the participant asking for payment of the
difference.
Physical copies of tickets for the event will be available to collect at the
reception desk.
PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION
By contacting the organizers and in collaboration with the hotel hosting the
event, we are obliged to follow hotel policy for participants' cancelations. The
refund policy is most commonly calculated as a percentage on the full
amount of the paid package by the participant. More information will be sent
by email for participation information after registering for the event.
Your booking / confirmed participation is personal and therefore cannot be
transferred to another person or be used by different persons for different
parts of the event.
EVENT CANCELLATION
The organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event. If the event
is postponed, the event fees will be postponed to a new date. The organizer is
not responsible for refunds of any travel costs and/or expenses
If the event is canceled, the funds paid by bank transfer are returned to the
bank account number the participant indicates by sending the organizer an
email from the e-mail account assigned to the order. Said emails should be
addressed to tangonomads@gmail.com. In case of payment by a credit/debit
card, the funds will be returned to the card number with which the payment
for the event was made.
The sale of participation bookings for the Tango Nomads events are carried
out by the hotel hosting the event only through the organizers of Tango
Nomads and in no case in direct contact with the hotel. Accounts and details
are sent via email and cancelations are handled according to hotel policy.
